PROFESSIONAL VISION AND TEACHING DEVELOPMENT:

Mariana Posada agrees that she has amazing students, which through hard work and perseverance have been able to graduate into excellent pianists and went abroad to do their postgraduate studies. She periodically renews her class with talented young people who have been training in the Basic Program of Music Studies of the Conservatory, as well as young people who come to study in Bogota from remote regions of the country. Maestra Posada places special emphasis on promoting in her students the desire and importance to seek out Master's degrees in different parts of the world, as pianists, chamber musicians and pedagogues.

Among her students are: Jason Ponce, Andres Leonardo Montero, Paula Sanchez, Cesar Ernesto Guzman, Joshua David Sierra (her last graduating in August 2021), Andrea Perez, Beatriz Batista, Harrison Linares, Adrián Tarapuez Hidalgo, and the youngest Francisco Cruz.
